Beorc Nations
Crimea
A friend to most of the nations of Tellius, Crimea is known for its just and fair rulers, and its willingness to build an alliance with anyone. Because of this, it has grown wealthy through trade, and in its streets walk all kinds of people. Its ruling monarchs are King Bernhard and Queen Else.

Daein
Like Crimea, Daein focused on building itself up after the defeat of Ashera, but where Crimea turned outward, Daein turned in. While Daein remains friendly with its neighboring nations, its militaristic tendencies and isolationist policies, exacerbated by the long held memories of the Begnion occupation, make its allies wary of a potential repeat of the Mad King's reign. Its ruling monarch is King Nazaire.

Begnion
The largest nation on Tellius, the Empire of Begnion is still considered one of the mightiest nations, but its continued unity has been called into question. Upon the death of the beloved Empress Sanaki, the office of the Apostle was dissolved, paving the way for 500 years of political games between the monarchy and the dukedoms that have continually eroded the the nation's core. In addition, the rise of Crimea and Daein have weakened the hold the Empire once held over its vassals, and with the recent phenomenon of the Faraj pirates, the Empire may be on the verge of collapse. Its monarch is Emperor Hohenreis, and the ruling regent is Lady Rahida.

Within Begnion lie the duchies of Gaddos, Numidia, Seliora, Persis, Tanas, and Culbert

Laguz Nations
Phoenicis & Kilvas
The homes of the hawk and raven laguz respectively, Phoenicis & Kilvas joined after the defeat of Ashera to form the united Bird Nations, and since then, the barriers of distrust between the hawk and raven tribes have been slowly torn down. Along with Serenes, they form one of the largest nations, and have grown in international influence, which has caused tension with the newest ruler of Gallia. Its ruling monarch is Queen Nadiash.

Serenes
A forested sub-nation to Phoenicis & Kilvas, Serenes houses the still living members of the royal Heron family, as well as other bird Laguz that migrated there after its lands were restored by Begnion. Its borders have also become the location of prosperous villages filled with Beorc and Laguz of all types. Its monarch is King Reyson.

Gallia
The rulers of Gallia have spent most of the last 500 years strengthening their relationship with Crimea, but the current King Gallia disproves of the imperial tendencies of the rapidly strengthening Bird Nations, particularly in regards to the repopulating Serenes. Tensions have been high during his reign, but nobody thinks anything will come of it. Its ruling monarch is King Zorig.

Goldoa
Out of all the nations, Goldoa has changed the least since the defeat of Ashera. Led by their ruler, Prince Kurthnaga, they have ended their policy of complete isolation, and have slowly begun to re-establish connections with the nations abroad. However, travel to and from Goloda is still rare, and conflict is not permitted anywhere near its borders. Its ruling monarch is King Kurthnaga.

Tellius Minor

Beorc Nations
Faraj
In the last 500 years, the poorer island nation of Faraj has become known for its pirates, who have a history of preying on the shores of Hatari and Sanaa. Recently, however, they have turned their eyes to the rich shores of Begnion, while occasionally turning to Gallia and Crimea for additional plunder. Its ruler is Pirate King Ghat.

Sanaa
The small, quiet, culturally unique nation of Sanaa is a close ally of Hatari consisting of merchants, artists, and craftsmen, but King Hatari worries that they may be funding Faraj's pirates in turn for a share of the cuts. Its current council are Ministers Mobutu, Jugurtha, Menelik, and Idris.

Animus
Founded by Stefan of the Grann Desert, the Branded nation of Animus grew out of Begnion into independence after its founding post the defeat of Ashera. Nowadays, it is home to more than just Branded, now known as a home for travelers and wanderers who have otherwise left their own, in nod to the roots of its founders. Its head of state is Consul Orsina.

Laguz Nations
Hatari
While generally forced into isolation due to its location, the nation of Hatari has chosen to remain in contact with the nations of Tellius major. They have built a strong alliance with Gallia, despite the distance, and regularly communicate with nations like Crimea and Begnion. While ruled by the wolf Laguz, it is a home Beorc, Branded, and Laguz alike. Its ruling monarch is King Aymaan.

Roak
Only recently discovered 80 years ago, the bears of Roak keep to themselves. They dislike dealing with the politics of the outside world, and like Goldoa, they don't appreciate outsiders. The wolves of Hatari have become a small exception. Its high druid is Risharu Petrock.
